BRRR!!! Someone has secretly replaced Summer with dreary, chilly Fall. YUCK. It is raining and only in the 60's here today. WHAAA??? Today is the Corporate 5k Challenge and last year it was SO insanely hot people were dropping like flies. Today? They might get hypothermia by the time the race starts tonight. Actually it is great running weather (minus the rain). I am almost sorry that I decided to use today as a rest day. Yesterday when I went out to run at noon, (in arid, close-to-the-sun-Colorado, in LATE July) I was actually COLD. Yes, COLD.
That's just not right.
