Last night when I was putting Liam to bed we were talking about his day. He looked at me and said "Guess what I learned today??! I learned that we use cow's skin for our clothes and we eat cow WRISTS for food!" I said, "You eat cow wrists for food??" and Liam said confidently, "YES. You DO."
I guess all this time people all over the world have been neglecting a choice cut of meat...cow wrists.
Go figure.
